Custom sneakers are personalized shoes. All our custom shoes are painted or edited by hand. This can be the entire shoe, or just a few panels. You can choose the design yourself, add a name or date or even have your business logo added! Or give us complete “carte blanche”!

We can also give worn shoes a second life, including refreshing the color, etc. (only after consultation, this is not possible for every shoe)

Good question! All our shoes are first prepared, painted with special leather dye, and finished with a special finish and protective layer to deliver the best possible quality. However, these are painted shoes, so it is not impossible that cracks or cracks can occur over time when walking. The finish and protect layer provide a scratch and water-resistant surface. However, they are not resistant to extreme weather conditions or careless use! See also after-sales service. Wear them with love!

It is important to start with a good basic shoe. This can be supplied or provided by us. Do not purchase shoes without consulting us!

For shoes that have already been worn, we first provide a deep clean. This results in a higher price.

All our projects, from customs to repairs to baby booties, are... tailored to your personal wishes. This makes it difficult to put a fixed price on it. All our prices are therefore on request.

Custom shoes are not cheap, but contact us and we can come up with a design together within budget!

The prices of cleanings and repairs are always on request. We first discuss the options with you after analyzing the sneakers.

The prices of Bespoke sneakers are also only on request. Please note that Bespoke sneakers are built from scratch and are completely handmade. This means that the price is also de facto in the higher price range.

Easy! Please contact us and let us know your wishes! Based on this, we start working with digital designs. Together we arrive at a design that is completely tailored to your wishes and we can make an accurate price calculation!

If we provide the basic shoe, we will ask for the price of this basic shoe as an advance. If you provide the shoes yourself, we ask for 25% of the agreed price as an advance. One week before we start your project, you will receive a payment reminder for the remaining amount. This must be completed before we start on the shoes.

During the process we will always keep you informed with photos so that you can follow everything and look forward to your new sneakers!

You can always email an example as a kind of guideline of what you would like. This of course sometimes makes it easier for us to form an idea of the wishes. However, we will not blindly copy a design from another customizer, out of respect for the hard work of our colleagues. We will then take this example and create our own unique creation around it. The same for applying colors. Since each customizer creates their own uniquely mixed colors, we cannot guarantee that we can use the same exact colors. This may be approximate!

Take into account a waiting time when you order a pair of custom sneakers! When ordering, we will always keep you informed of this waiting time, depending on how busy it is at that time.

Urgent orders are also always possible, subject to an additional surcharge.

 

!!!Please note: Orders for the holidays (Christmas, communion, spring festival,...) may take longer! Therefore, please pass this on in time!

Of course! Shipping is via Bpost, including insurance and tracking. (Within the EU)

Cancellation is no longer possible after payment has been made. If we have to provide the shoes ourselves, they will be ordered immediately after placing the order.

Returns are not possible! All our shoes are custom made with a personal design. So make sure you provide the correct size of the shoes!!!
